פניה לכבוד היועץ המשפטי לממשלה

ההסתדרות לא עוזרת לאנשים האלה מכוון שלא מקבלת שום דמי חבר מקצבאות שלהם. אך היא תומכת ברצון רב בעובדי הנמל, עובדי הפרקליטות, דיפלומטים, עובדי חברת חשמל ששכרם בממוצע מן הגבוהים במשק ומפגינה בכך את האנוכיות ואת האינטרסנטיות שלה.

כמו כן מוסדות ההסתדרות אדישים לחלוטים לגורלם של אזרחי ישראל, למעמדה שלמדינת ישראל, לפגיעה משמעותית בכלכלה עקב הפסדים כספיים, קנסות וביטולם של חוזים. הנזק שנגרם ע"י הארגון הנ"ל קשה לתאר, הוא מתבטא לא רק בפגיע כלכלית.

אני אזרח ישראל הלוקח ללב את אי יכולתה של הממשלה ושל הכנסת להפסיק את ההפקרות הזו, דורש ממך בתור היועץ המשפטי לממשלה לפעול מיד ובתקפות על מנת להעמיד לדין את הנהלת ההסתדרות ובעתיד לחייבם להרשות לשבות רק לאותם אנשים אשר הצהירו באופן אישי שהם רוצים להשתתף בשביתה ומבינים בבירור את אחריותם כלפי אותם אנשים וגופים שיפגעו כתוצאה מהשביתה.
