 Ladies and gentlemen , members of Congress and the Senate of the United States of America

In the coming days , perhaps hours , you have to take the fateful decision on the right of military intervention by U.S. forces in the Syrian conflict on the side of opposition to the government of Bashar al-Assad , President of Syria, legitimately elected by the people of Syria.

The policy of democratization of the Middle East , launched at the initiative of the United States and an instrument which has become the " Arab Spring " has not brought democracy or stability of nations or Afghanistan or Iraq or Libya or Egypt or other countries in the region.

   Hundreds of thousands of people lost their homes and were forced to flee to other countries.

 Many of them , having no job, no means of livelihood, getting in the way of looting and violence in their countries of residence , causing hatred and enmity of indigenous people in the country of temporary residence. Others are forced to survive by offering themselves as mercenaries to take part in military operations against legitimate governments , as can be seen in Syria today . They're a little concerned about the lack of democracy in this country and the needs of its people. Who support the U.S.? And for what?

U.S. intervention in the Syrian conflict will have far-reaching consequences, not deciding in any way the Iranian problem to be solved by the United States had more reason for the intervention than in Syria.

Obama's policy paves the way for large-scale war with the use of non-conventional weapons, and win, in the end, the religion of Islam, both in Europe and in the United States and Russia.

If this is the goal of Obama is helping him, you record yourself in his accomplices.

There is time to take an informed decision! The Assad regime is more predictable and more stable. With the elimination of the nuclear threat from Iran, Syria will come to democratic rule more civilized way than through violence.

I appeal to abandon military intervention.
