24.06.2012  на  имя зам. Главного редактора  Сергея Подражанского  мною было послано

письмо следующего содержания:

Предлагаю опубликовать в Вашей газете мою статью "Нелегалы. Нашествие"

Русскоязычным министрам и членам Кнессета я отправляю свои материалы по Е-майл. Однако, отсутствие таковых в прессе, позволяет им отмалчиваться.

После прочтения, не сочтите за труд ответить, сообщив на этом же письме, в каком номере можно будет статью прочитать, если она будет принята или, что она публиковаться не будет с указанием причины.

Статья  не  была  напечатана, несмотря на актуальность темы,  и ожидаемого ответа я не получил. На мой устный вопрос: "Будет ли статья опубликована?"  я получил ответ:  "нет", без каких либо вразумительных пояснений.

 

Материал не стал достоянием общества и не обязал Правительство реагировать на предложения, высказанные в материале  статьи.  Положение  на  Синае  ухудшилось, газ перестал поступать из Египта, цены на топливо, электроэнергию и все виды товаров и услуг подскочили вверх, а проблема нелегалов еще более обозначилась из-за непринятия эффективных мер, предложенных в статье.

 Газета  "Вести"  нанесла  и стране, и ее народу и мне  лично, как  ее гражданину и  автору статьи  весьма  ощутимый  ущерб, который,  по  крайней  мере,  должен  быть  возмещен.

 

Конфликтная ситуация между  Кнессетом  и  БАГАЦем,  возникшая после отмены БАГАЦем закона о тюремном заключении нелегалов на срок до 3-х лет, демонстрации жителей Тель-Авива, возникшие по следам этого решения - есть результат, порожденный не только  ошибками Правительства,  но  и безответственностью Сергея Подражанского, нарушающего гражданские права  лиц, ищущих более разумные  решения, судьба  которых зависит от компетенции  или настроения  руководства  газеты.

На основании изложенного я предлагаю газете  "Вести"  срочно  опубликовать мою  статью "Нелегалы. Нашествие", направленную Вам  24.06.2012,  с извинениями  автору  за  задержку.

Вопрос  компенсации за материальный и финансовый ущерб можно рассматривать после публикации (или  не  публикации)  статьи обеим сторонами или с привлечением  БАГАЦа.
